    Span image across multiple monitors (bug report)


    Dunno if this is right place, anyway.

    It has been some weeks since some Windows 10 update has made my wallpaper span across monitors stop working. I was giving time in hope this would be quickly fixed.

    Anyone else having this issue? I have made sure the monitors are plugged to different cards (one is to the main board).

    Windows 10 won't let a window span multiple monitors?

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for your response.

    I suggest you to use the recovery options in Windows 10.

    Refer: Recovery options in Windows 10

    What it does:


    • Reinstalls the version of Windows that your PC came with (either Windows 8 or
      Windows 8.1) and removes your personal files.

    • Removes apps and drivers you installed.

    • Removes changes you made to settings.

    • Reinstalls any apps your PC manufacturer installed on your PC.

    This option isn't available on all PCs.

    As Answer Desk has informed that this option or feature is not available in Windows 10, I suggest you to
    leave a feedback regarding the Window Span multiple monitors.

    Windows 10 "Span" feature crops images

    Hi,

    I'm trying to span a large desktop image across multiple monitors. However, it seems that even if the image is the exact resolution required to cover all of them, Windows will still crop the image in a way that I don't seem to have any control over. I've
    tried use the "Tile" feature as well and while that does work a bit better, it still seems to be cropping. How exactly does the Span feature work? Is there a way I can avoid this? Thank you.

    Span image across multiple monitors (bug report)

    Dual Monitor Background Spanning Problems Windows 10 Pro

    I have a folder with multiple images that cycle through my background on two monitors:

    1 is a Dell 24" attached via DisplayPort

    2 is a Wacom 24" Cintiq attached via DVI

    I recently switch over the Dell 24" to a DisplayPort from DVI. The backgrounds are set to Fit (each monitor with its own image) and cycle every 10 minutes. Since the change in cable, every once in a while, the backgrounds will decide to Span both monitors
    instead of Fit. How can I stop this?
