Windows 10: Spatial Audio Error

Hey Everyone,I just bought the new Steelseries Arctic nova pro headset so I can get spatial 3D audio but it will not work I have watched a bunch of youtube videos and did a lot of research trying to figure out the issue but nothing has worked.I play and use this headset on my PC it is a Legion T5 26IOB6 I have tried turning on Windows Sonic for Headphones but it would not let me do that.I tried going into the control panel and changing the spatial audio to the DTS app but it would not let me do that ether. Spatial audio

For some reason whenever I try to turn on spatial audio, it just doesn't work. I use a steelseries 7 wireless headset and spatial audio worked on my console with no problem but now that u have upgraded to a pc, it just does not work for some reason. I've
tried installing latest drivers, updating windows, and uninstalling and reinstalling the audio device, non of it helped.

 

Spatial Sound

Hi,

The Spatial Sound feature is available in Windows 10 but by default, it has been disabled. To enable it, follow the steps below:

• In the notification area, right-click on the sound icon.
• In the context menu, click on Playback devices.
• Select your playback device and then click on Properties.
• Click on the Spatial sound tab.
• Select the Spatial sound format you want to apply.
