I'm having trouble enabling spatial sound on Windows 11. I've tried using various headphones and speakers that support spatial audio, including ones with Realtek High Definition Audio. No matter which spatial sound option I choose like Windows Sonic or Dolby Atmos, and DTS X/Ultra, it keeps switching back to "off" automatically.I've already tried reinstalling and updating my audio drivers, but that didn't fix the problem. Is there anything else I can try to get spatial sound working properly?

Spatial audio

For some reason whenever I try to turn on spatial audio, it just doesn't work. I use a steelseries 7 wireless headset and spatial audio worked on my console with no problem but now that u have upgraded to a pc, it just does not work for some reason. I've
tried installing latest drivers, updating windows, and uninstalling and reinstalling the audio device, non of it helped.

 

Spatial Audio Error

Hey Everyone,

I just bought the new Steelseries Arctic nova pro headset so I can get spatial 3D audio but it will not work I have watched a bunch of youtube videos and did a lot of research trying to figure out the issue but nothing has worked.

I play and use this headset on my PC it is a Legion T5 26IOB6

I have tried turning on Windows Sonic for Headphones but it would not let me do that.

I tried going into the control panel and changing the spatial audio to the DTS app but it would not let me do that ether.



The way I figured out that I couldn't hear the spatial audio was when I went into the Steelseries GG Software to turn on sonar and in there, there's an option that says test sound and I tried testing the spatial audio but it did not work.

I have probably spent 4 hours on trying to figure this problem out but I really need some help.
