    Spatial sound stopped working


    I noticed that the spatial sound on my pc is broken recently. It does not have any effect on the audio played by the browser or system for example, Youtube videos, no matter it's on Windows Sonic or Dolby Atmos, as if it was turned off. Additionally, only Windows Sonic works for games are running while it doesn't otherwise.I've tried every solution I could find: Updating the drivers, resetting my headset, and even reverting/uninstalling some of the System updates such as KB5052093, but none of them work.

    Spatial Sound

    Hi,

    The Spatial Sound feature is available in Windows 10 but by default, it has been disabled. To enable it, follow the steps below:

    • In the notification area, right-click on the sound icon.
    • In the context menu, click on Playback devices.
    • Select your playback device and then click on Properties.
    • Click on the Spatial sound tab.
    • Select the Spatial sound format you want to apply.

    I followed the instructions but when I got to #4 spatial sound said off and there was no other info or any way to turn it on. I hit return to default but that did nothing. Please help. my earphones are off .
