    My mic went out when your troubleshooter tried to update my driver as soon as it tried my mic went out, so I went and bought a new headset, and the same thing no mic HELP PLEASE

    How to speak with live person @ Microsoft for help & support ?

    I called the 877 # listed above and had a live person in 1 minute. When the auto attendant came on, I pressed 0 and I was put on hold then a live person answered.

    How to speak with live person @ Microsoft for help & support ?

    I have always loved my Microsoft products. The problem I have is it seems like I can't ever talk with a live person. Apple has a store and Microsoft has chat support. I'm not the most efficient typists and get my point across better when speaking with
    someone rather than typing or texting. Anyone know who I can call?
