Windows 10: Speakers and headphones turn on but wont connect to my pc and do not show up or show up as...

I have all updated drivers and the audio says its coming from my monitor which doesn't have speakers that's set as default. Please help I have no sound, this only started after I switch out my rx 5700xt with a gtx 670 and than I switched that out with a 2070 super, Thank you.

Headphones do not show up when Realtek is installed

OK, so this happened to me on my laptop. It wanted to use the realtek drivers no matter what. Let me show you what to do.
Step 1. Open the start menu and type 'Device Manager' in the search bar. Click on the result.

Step 2.

You'll see this window appear.

Step 3.

Expand the 'Sound , video and game controllers' category.

Step 4. Find 'Realtek High Definition Audio' in the list, then right click it and select Properties.

Step 5.

Click on the 'Driver' tab near the top of the window.

Step 6.

Now click on the button that says 'Roll back driver'.
If the button is dimmed, make sure your Realtek drivers are currently installed.

Step 6. If you did it correctly, the system should ask you to restart to finish. If it does then you finished the tutorial correctly!
Once restarted, Open device manager again using step 1. Expand the 'sound, video and game controllers' category again.

Step 7. If it says 'High Definition Audio Device' then you did it right. Here's a pic for example purposes:

 

Headphones and Speakers not showing up in playback devices

try to resolve the issue? In the meantime, follow these steps on how you can enable your playback devices:

• Right-click on the speaker icon on the taskbar and select Sounds.
• Under the Playback tab, right-click on the default speakers and select
  Show Disabled Devices and Show Disconnected Devices. Your headphones or speakers should now appear here.
• Right-click the headphones or speakers and select Enable.

Headphones or speakers dont show up in devices.

Hello, I'm having trouble with my headphone and speaker audio.

I can't get my headphones to play sound through them. If I plug a speaker or headphones (Or any audio device into my headphone jack) It just plays it through my computer's speaker. I go to my control panel and see what devices I have, my USB mouse works
fine and shows up, but my headphones or speakers don't. I press "Add a device" and the headphones don't show up. I have a Toshiba computer, here are the specs:

4x Intel (R) i5-4200U Processor

Intel HD Graphics chipset

8GB RAM

Conexant HD SmartAudio

Please help, the headphone jack supposedly broke when a really loud sound was played. My computer is a Windows 10 computer.
