Solution: No troubleshooting tips worked, so I rolled back my device's sound driver to the previously installed driver: System settings/Device Properties/Additional Device Properties/Properties/Change Settings/Driver/Roll Back Driver/Previous version of the driver seemed more reliable/Yes Tried to insert pictures, but kept getting "failed to upload." Sorry!

    Lenovo Recalls 208,000 ThinkPad Batteries

On March 1, 2007, Lenovo voluntarily recalled certain 208,000 9-cell lithium-ion batteries. These batteries were manufactured for use with ThinkPad notebook computers that shipped worldwide between November 2005 and February 2007. All ThinkPad R60, R60e Series, ThinkPad T60, T60p Series and ThinkPad Z60m, Z61e, Z61m, and Z61p Series with 9-cell 10.8V, 5.2 Ah batteries with part number FRU P/N 92P1131 are being recalled. All affected batteries will be replaced free of charge. Lenovo suggests those computers with defective units remove the battery and use the AC adaptor until a replacement has arrived.

  3. Speaker sound

The volume using the Lenovo PC speakers is almost not audible. With the sound set to 100%, it is just audible in a quiet room. Suggestions?

NOKIA 3110 CLASSIC-VOICE MEMO IS BARELY AUDIBLE

I bought a Nokia 3110 Classic a few days back, I am a very heavy user of voice memo as I work in the service industry. The voice memo is barely audible when played back. Can anyone tell me if they have the same problem ? or how to change the settings to
play it through speaker phone. If I am not able to get a solution, I may have to junk this phone. There also is no boom headset for this phone in the market, nor in the Nokia website. Any suggestions please ?
