Windows 10: Speakers getting muffled for 5 seconds in and out

Over the past few days, I've noticed the built in speakers on my Lenovo Yoga getting muffled for about five seconds, and then sounding normal for about five seconds, and this repeats as long as I'm playing audio.I've run the sound troubleshooter, which says it can't detect a problem. I've turned off the "Enable audio enhancements" option on the speaker properties. I've tried changing the sound format from the default 24 bit to 16 bit. I've made sure my audio drivers are up to date and my computer itself is up to date. I've restarted my computer. I've restarted the audio devices individually. I

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

I suggest you try the steps listed below and check if it works. This issue could be because of the Headphones BT SPEAKER Stereo being set as default. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

• Pair the speaker with your PC.
  
• Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose
  Device Manager.
  
• Expand Sound, video, and game controllers
  and right click on your Bluetooth speaker (BT SPEAKER Stereo).
  
• Choose Disable and acknowledge the confirmation popup. Wait for the screen to refresh.
  
• Right click on the same device again and Enable.
  
• Exit Device Manager and see if the issue persist.
