Windows 10: Specific App won't let me toggle desktops

I use two different virtual desktops: one for whatever app I'm using to work in, and the other is just a browser that I just keep to check email, etc. This didn't become a problem until I updated TVPaint; I useTVPaint Animation Pro 10. Before I could freely use Ctrl + Windows Key + [Arrow Key] to freely switch between desktops on my monitor so I could easily go back and forth from TVPaint and a browser.

Now I can't toggle desktops at all, or rather, the shortcut won't work. Task View works when I click on it and I can just select the desktop I want to be on, but that's rather annoying.


This only happens when TVPaint is open. When I close it, I can use the shortcut again. I work with other drawing/editing programs and they don't cause this issue.

I'm not sure if there's something that I'm missing, that I have to activate/deactivate?

I have Windows 10 version 1909. Thanks in advanced!

Store Settings "Update apps automatically" won`t stay switched off. WHY?

The possible reason why Update apps automatically turn back on is that the Store app is running in the background. We suggest that you turn off the Store app. This way, it won't receive any updates or send notifications unless opened or turned on
manually.

To turn off Store app, follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo, then go to Settings.
• Click Privacy, then Background apps.
  
• On the list, locate Store and toggle it off.

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
