Windows 10: Specific apps refuse to download in windows, xbox store, AND browser after factory...

I factory set my PC, and afterwards I was able to download multiple apps, including Minecraft Bedrock Edition. However, when trying to download the Minecraft Launcher OR Java Edition from XBOX, Windows, or the official Minecraft website, I get an error code immediately with 0x80070490. Before factory resetting my PC and erasing all data, I had Java, Bedrock, and the launcher on my PC and functioning. I'm so frustrated, I feel like I have tried everything. I restarted my PC, I made sure I was logged in to xbox and the microsoft store on the same account, ect.

XBox app crashes on launch in Windows 10

Thank you for posting your response.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app on your computer and check.
Follow the steps provided below.

• 
  Type Windows Powershell in search box.
  
• 
  Right click on Windows Powershell and select
  Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Copy and paste the following command.
  
  • get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage
• 
  Press Enter key.
  

After uninstalling the Xbox app, I suggest you to download and install the app again and check.

Windows 10 Apps from the store wont download

Sorry for the delay in response.

• Do you face this issue only with these apps?
• Did you try downloading other apps?
• Did you try stopping these apps and then downloading it again?

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search
  box and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.
