Windows 10: Specific boot loop

so pretty much, i have a nitro an515-52 and i suddenly got the 100% disk problem. I reset my pc a few times hoping it would fix like usual and i got stuck in a boot loop. it was weird because i didn’t have the reset your pc options and i also didnt have the continue to windows 10 option. I also couldnt do startup repair, and system restore told me i needed to choose my operating system and system image recovery didnt work either. Even uninstall updates didnt work. Anyways after a few hundred attempts of powering off my computer and turning it back on i finally was able to continue to windows 10 And i did so. But the disk 100% problem was still there. After a while i tried to install a windows update in hopes that my disk 100% problem was fixed and i got sent into a undoing changes made to your computer loop. After a few more hundred times again, i was able to get back to the continue to windows 10 screen. But this time, i wanted to try something else so i reset my pc keeping my stuff, but the 100% disk didnt stop so then i fully reset my pc keeping nothing and well it still didnt stop. I tried everything to fix my disk problem. Updating my drivers, deleting start up programs ect. I was so frustrated so i tried to update windows again. and then cut to current time. Ive tried all the things in the advanced options menu like disabling safe boot and all that ****. I also tried the regback fix in cmd but that didnt work because my computer couldnt find my c drive. And it also couldnt detect my windows installation. I would try the old fashioned power off the computer off and on again until the computer fixes but for some reason the time between that black screen and advanced options screen has gotten longer. And i also have a problem where i get a black screen with cursor. And i also cant do the ctrl+alt+delete bind and i also cant do the ctrl+shift+esc bind. I am sooo helpless. I once tried talking to a microsoft tech support and he said something like “oh you should do a power clean. All you need is a usb” and before i didnt have one.but now i do have a usb 3.0 with 16gb so i doubt it would work with that. I really hope my pc can be fixed. Thanks

Boot loop

This issue occurs when there are broken components on the boot configuration data of your system. To troubleshoot your boot loop issue, we suggest that you boot in
safe mode through the Windows
Recovery Environment option. To do this, follow these steps:

• Turn on your computer. When the Windows logo appears, unplug and replug the device. Perform these steps three times.
• On the fourth instance, turn on your device without unplugging it. The Windows Recovery Environment window will appear.
  
• On the Choose an option screen, click Troubleshoot.
• Click Advance options.
• Click Startup Settings.
• Click Restart.
• Once your computer restarts, you will see a list of options. Press the F4 key to start your computer in
  safe mode.
  

Once done, we suggest that you perform a system restore after booting in safe mode. System Restore will be able to revert your PC or laptop to their previous state, which can be used to repair and recover system malfunctions or issues. Restoring won’t affect
your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Right-click the Start button, and then select
Control Panel.

2. Search Control Panel for
Recovery.

3. Select Recovery > Open
System Restore > Next.

4. Choose the restore point related to the problematic
app, driver, or update, and then select
Next > Finish.

• Did the issue occur even after removing the USB wireless mouse?

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
