Windows 10: Specific keys on my keyboard sporadically become unresponsive.

Occasionally, and for no apparent reason, five keyboard keys will all simultaneously stop responding, only to return to normal a few minutes later. These keys are T, Y, Left Shift, Backspace, and Volume Up. I have absolutely no idea why only these particular five keys stop working, or why they return to normal. I've already attempted to update drivers and even had a session with Microsoft chat support where the agent had remote access.My computer is a Lenovo Yoga 730, IntelR CoreTM i5-8250U CPU. I'm running Windows 10 Version 10.0.19044.Most of the time, everything works fine. I feel like

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10
