Windows 10: Specific system sounds/YouTube background sound is too quiet

Hey, my win10 laptop have very quiet system sounds such as notify and youtube background sounds on firefox. I can hear peoples speaking in their videos with their mic but unable to hear or too quiet anything else. On the other hand, system based sounds quite low too, I can barely hear some of them while a bit better can hear others. I ran audio troubleshooter did not help as it keep saying turn off audio enchements, I do not have such tab on my sounds settings. I also updated my sounds drivers from realtek. However one thing to remember this is a laptop so its is own have sound hardware someso

Sound on youtub

I have a problem with Youtube sound since it is really too quiet. When I turn on the audio file, it starts to sound normally in the beginning and then is getting quieter. I have to go to Realtek settings to make just one song sounds louder. And I
have to repeat these steps with each song.
