    Spectre x360 Laptop mouse problem


    I need your help on a really small but annoying issue I have regarding my laptop. Whenever I tap down on my laptop while moving my cursor, the cursor freezes for a very brief instant, maybe 100 ms. When I looked into this further, the cursor freezes exactly when I unclick and end the click function. Is there any way to disable this short freeze? I have Synaptics SMBus ClickPad if that helps. This is minor but it becomes a problem when I have to click fast and move my cursor which causes the cursor to move around much slower than usual.

    HP x360 Spectre Windows Hello No Longer Working

    Thanks for the suggestion. For reference (for people coming after me trying to find a solution), the steps Lee is suggesting are as follows:

    • Device Security > Security Processor Details > Security Processor Troubleshooting > Clear TPM
    Appreciate the help, Lee, but resetting the TPM using the process above didn't work. All it did was make me reset my PIN and sign in again via my Microsoft account. As I mentioned in my initial post, I have an HP Spectre
    x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx, so I've been using the drivers found here:

    Also as I mentioned, the latest drivers are installed - that's always my first go-to solution (other than turning it off and on again! Spectre x360 Laptop mouse problem :) ).

    I have a spectre x360 laptop and I cant seem to figure out if the hdmi is an input or output. I really want to use my laptop for my ps4 and would appreciate some feedback as soon as possible Spectre x360 Laptop mouse problem :)

    Garmin Nuvi 3597 GPS not recognized by Hp Spectre x360

    Same problem others have posted concerning this Garmin device. Spectre x360 Windows 10 OS does not recognize the Garmin as being connected. Three USB 3.0 ports tried, but the Garmin is just getting power from those ports, not data. Garmin worked perfectly
    with our 2010 ASUS desktop Windows 7 OS, but it is presently in for repairs. It has been suggested that the Spectre's USB 3.0 ports are too fast for the Nuvi 3597, that Windows 10 is not stepping down the speed to accommodate the device; therefore, a USB
    2.0 hub is required as a "go-between".......any thoughts or suggestions?
