Windows 10: "Speech Recognition Could Not Start" Windows 11 Issue Every Time PC Starts Up?

Hello, I am not sure how to get rid of this warning every time I start my PC. I have gone to control panel to see if I can uninstall it, and there is nothing on there. I have gone into audio settings to see if I can fix the issue and nothing. I have attempted to look for it on the start options, and no luck. Any insight on how to stop this error from popping up every time I start my PC? Thank you.

Speech recognition could not start

Are you trying to use WSR, Windows speech recognition? If you are not, then disable Windows speech recognition at startup. Do this by going to control panel, speech recognition, Advanced speech options, and remove the checkmark to run WSR at startup.
