Windows 10: Speech Recognition Setup doesn't work

When trying to enable Speech Recognition trough the Time & Language page, in the setup wizard when I have to say the quote "Peter talks to his computer. He prefers it to typing, and particularly prefers it to pen and paper." it doesn't do anything. When I say the quote, the progress bar shows that it detects my microphone input, but even after repeating myself 3 times, nothing happens. I'm using Windows 11, and before when using Windows 10, this worked fine. It's only after upgrading to Windows 11 I can't active it. What is happening? And how do I fix it?Thanks in advance :

I would suggest you to follow the steps to see Advance speech options.

• Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
• Click on control panel
• Select speech recognition
• On the left hand pane you will see Advance speech option

Try the following steps to uncheck the Run Speech Recognition at startup option from the Speech Recognition:

• Type Speech Recognition in the search bar and select the Speech Recognition from the list.
• Click on the Advanced speech options from the left pane.
• Uncheck mark on Run Speech Recognition at startup.
• Click on Apply and Ok.
