    ok so a few days ago i tried talking to my friends, but they couldn't hear me. i tried going into the settings of the app i was using to fix the issue, but to no avail. and now i went into sound mixer settings and i saw that the speech runtime exe's volume is all the way down, and this might be the thing that causes this problem, i was wondering how to turn up the volume of speech runtime exe

    how do i get rid of speech runtime executable? i try to uninstall it but it need administrator permission, i can't access it anywhere on my laptop to uninstall it because it's anonymous and i can only find it in my files and my task manager and i can't uninstall
    it from either of those locations, it utilizes my mic and replays the audio that my mic picks up back to my headset, and it opposes a threat because it makes my laptop slower.
