    Spellcheck on Edge broke, doesn't offer wrongly spelled word suggestions on some sites...


    I was writing an email today in Gmail and changed my spellcheck language for a minute, then I switched it back to English and it appears to have broken it. It doesn't offer wrongly spelled word suggestions on some sites like Google search while on others does not work anymore at all (Discord). Is there any way to fix this? I reset my browser settings, deleted all languages and re-added them back in Edge browser, as well as wiped all my languages and keyboard settings in Windows settings and it didn't help.

    Tested and it works fine in Chrome, so likely Edge related issue that seems can't be fixed with settings reset

    How to delete Suggested Sites in Win 10 Edge

    When I right click Suggested Sites in the Fav Bar, a "delete" window appears, but, clicking delete does not delete the Suggested Sites from the Favourite Bar.

    If I open up Favourites, then the Favourites Bar, and right click the delete window for Suggested Sites-this doesn`t work either.

    The Suggested Sites does nothing, (it certainly doesn`t show me a list of suggested sites), and takes up valuable space in my Fav Bar.which is why I want to rid myself of it.

    Thanks Don,

    I had already changed that default setting in Folder Options, so it isn't selected.

    Right clicking Suggested Sites only offer a "remove"option, and this doesn`t work,as many other people have found.

    Or are you suggesting clicking Suggested Sites somewhere else other than on the Fav Bar of Edge? If so, please tell me where to find it as I checked in Folder Options and couldn`t see it?

    How to delete Suggested Sites in Win 10 Edge

    It's possible that the technique that works in Internet Explorer doesn't work in Edge, but the technique is:

    1. Right-click Suggested Sites in the Favoites bar and select Properties

    2. On the General tab of Properties, check Hidden then OK.
