Windows 10: Spendings page crashing on load for child

When trying to open the "Spendings" page for one of my kids in Family Safetly the page crashes with an exception. This only happens for one of my kids, unfortunately the one I wanted to view the page for. I recently made a purchase for this child triggered by him asking my permission through the Safety app which encountered some kind of error in the process, so there's always a chance there's some half-way processed stuff in the background breaking it.I have tried in three different web browsers, Edge, Chrome and good ol' Firefox, with the same consistent error.This is a Trace-ID from the ex

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

 

Child account

I did set up a Child account, I did fallow all the steps window ask, the account say that the child is in the family, when I tried to log, give me the message "The Profile Service service Failed The Sign-in. User Profile cannot be loaded".

Answering your questions:

• Did you make any changes to the child account prior to the issue? No, I did not make any changes.
• Since when you are facing this issue? Right from the start. I never got to login.
• Are you able to login with other child accounts on the computer? No

I suggest you to restart the computer once and check if you are able to login to the computer. I did, the same problem, I do not have any problem with my account or my wife.

Family Safety Spend controls page will not load

Hi,

Since yesterday, I have been trying to access the spend controls for the youngsters in my family group.

I can access my account, see my family list, and see the over-view for the family member.

When I click through on the spending controls part, the page starts to load, and then delivers an error message with the text

"Sorry, something went wrong.

We're not sure what happened but refreshing the page may help, or try again in a little while."

I have tried refreshing, turning machine off and on.

Tried logging out all browsers, and then in again. Tried on mobile device. Tried while connected to a different network. All same result, even after trying nearly 24 hours later.

Also tried the Family Safety app on phone, but that just quits after loading.

Is there anything on my side I can do so I can manage my family spending permissions?
