Windows 10: Spilled water on my keyboard and now every keyboard I own wont type

I couldn't even enter my own pin,, I had to press 'forgot pin' and re type it. My keyboard works, all of them do, it's only when typing in my pin or when I'm actually in windows does it not, like legit nothing, no letters no numbers, . Not even on screen keyboard works. It's crazy cause I managed to type in my gmail and that has letters and numbers in it to change the password on the same computer yet, when I'm actually in windows it won't work. Any help? should I try resetting windows?

I spilled juice in my dectchable key borad and I went to go put water on it now 8ts not working and when I press on the key it don't type

I spilled juice in my decthable keyboard I went to go rinse it off with water and it don't. and then the keys wont type

I spilled water on my computer and I cant use the keys w and q i have to copy and paste them. Its really hard for me to play any games without w functioning. Also I have tried to take off the keys and i tried a usb keyboard.

Water spill on LAPTOP

I always spill hot cocoa on my keyboards & usually after replacing the keyboard its not long before some component on the motherboard dies. One I revived that died instantly by blowing a fan on the keyboard and motherboard for about a week, but it died
maybe 6 months later probably from the spill. And my keyboard says its splash resistant, but it only holds a couple ounces before cocoa runs out the usb ports.
