    Spinning blue dots persists in Store


    First at all, sorry if I made the thread on the wrong section.

    A week ago, I built a new PC with Windows 10 Pro build 1709 (64-bit) installed. Everything works fine...except one annoying thing, and that thing is the spinning blue dots on the Store app.

    For some reason, after I enter the Downloads and updates menu in Store app, the spinning blue dots won't go away and it even affects other menus until I restart the Store app. While it doesn't affect the Store app in terms of functionality, this bug can be very, very annoying.

    About the graphics driver my PC currently have, it has the Nvidia 387.92 graphics driver installed.

    Windows Store Not Opening From Splash Screen

    New PC wont open the store. I have tried the "wsreset" thing and it still does not open. It is stuck on the Blue landing page with the shopping bag and the dots spinning on the bottom. Trying to add
    some features but can't without this. Machine is connected to the internet.

    worth trying a windows store reset. Click start and type wsreset and click the icon that comes up. I will open the store so should be able to telll if resolved *Smile

    It's no good. I had tried wsreset, reinstall Store app via Powershell, run the troubleshooter for Windows App from Microsoft, but the bug still appears every time I enter the Downloads and updates menu.

    What could this be...?

    You might want to update your Video Drive to 388.00. That may help..

    I have updated the graphics driver to 388.00, but the graphics bug with Store app still persists. *Rolleyes
