    Spinning blue wheel, No apps starting, windows frozen


    Im having continuous troubles with my PC not starting any apps after launching, I try to manually open some and I get the continuous spinning blue wheel, I cant even select the restart option via the windows tab. I cant use the computer at all, I have tried factory reseting the computer several times to address any corrupt files or updates and it just continues to happen. What can I do to fix this?Ive noticed that sometimes it happens after I update drivers via amd radeons suggestions. I have no idea how to fix this

    Blue spinning pin wheel, program not responding?

    Should I be looking for a new entry being generated in event viewer right as the blue wheel starts spinning? How do I associate the spinning to any particular event?
