    Spinning circle curser only on left upper side


    Hello,I have a surface pro 7, and at random times the curser will spin in a circle ONLY on the upper left side of the computer…and I can’t click anything because of that. I have to restart my computer every time for it to be back to normal…it’s so inconvenient

    Windows 10 constant spinning blue circle next to curser.

    Windows 10 constant spinning blue circle next to curser. I can use the cursor as normal, but the blue circle never stop, never blinks. Just spins.

    Not sure what is happening -- I'm using my curser in Word and then all of a sudden it disappears and a circle pops up, which I can't get rid of --- how do I get my curser back and never the circle ?
