    Clean Install suggested by Swarfega is, in my opinion, the best way to go. This will require converting the esd file to ISO file etc etc.
    There is an alternative. Run a Reset option.
    Since you have had trouble doing anything after logging in, let do it without logging in....................

    restart your computer > do not sign in
    in the sign in screen, bottom right, click the Power icon > one of the options that appears is Restart >
    press Shift key and hold > click Restart > click "Restart anyway" if you were asked to confirm the action > wait for next window > click Troubleshoot >click Reset this PC > follow the prompts from then on...........

    Now I'm really confused. I want to reinstall Windows and everything using my recovery drive. My computer says its there. However when I use F11 and try to select the reset option, it claims the partition isn't there. I've used this revoery in the past. I know it's there. I know it works. What could possibly be going wrong!? Could it be the fact that I upgraded to Windows 10?
