Windows 10: Spinning wheel on Asus Motherboards, either with M2 or SSD drives

I have 3 computers that I built all with Asus motherboards. Each one takes F-O-R-E-V-E-R to restart. They do come back up but usually after about a half hour of the black Asus bios splash screen and the Windows 10 spinning wheel. I can't for the live of me figure it out. It doesn't matter how many peripherals are plugged in, 10 or 0, still I get the spinning wheel. Has anyone ran into the issue with this on Asus Motherboards?

Weird occurrence - desktop won't load, spinning wheel etc

EDIT : I did what you said and tried without G (second time, didn't take screen shots), same error. I did notice that NTFS Primary 3 (NONE) doesn't have a drive letter associated with it?
