Windows 10: SPLA licenses and associated training vouchers

Hi,


Wec buy our licenses from managed services provider that has a splar licensing agreement with Microsoft. I'm trying to find out if we as the customer of the msp are entitled to any training vouchers aasociated with the licenses, being as we've purchased them, or if they are assigned to the MSP? I finding it difficult to get an answer from the msp so i'm hoping someone may be able to advise?

Removing Windows SPLA key

Hi

We are switching away from our existing MSP.

The current MSP has their SPLA license key on the VM's for Windows Server and SQL.

If we or they remove the existing SPLA key using slsmgr, how long do I have until I need to enter the new license details on the VM?

If we remove the original SPLA key does it go into evaluation on unactivated mode and you have a 30, 60 or 120 grace period?

E66, Navigation License not found

Does the Sale package (BOX) have a sticker stating 3 months free navigation?



If so then you are entitled to the license. Then you may try step 1 or check your sales package for a voucher with a pin and proceed with step 2



If step 1 does not work and you do not have a voucher, you may call the nokia careline and have then check if you have any licenses for your IMEI



If there is no indication on the box, it could be that your sales package does not come with the free navigation license and the only option is to purchase a license.



I would suggest to try the free trial license from the website before your purchase one.

Visual Studio pro under SPLA program

Dear all,

I have a customer servers hosted under SPLA. Two developers from 3rd party company need server for test environment with SQL server standard. Is it legal to sell to the customer two licenses for Visual Studio Pro and to install for these two developers SQL
server Developers Edition or I have to sell and install SQL Server Standard which is much more expensive than two licenses for Visual Studio Pro?
