    Splash screen keeps appearing


    I use Windows 11 and this splash screen will appear sporadically - After 3 days, sometimes after 2 weeks. It will happen in the morning, in the evening, it's all random.Looks like windows out of the box experience OOBE but I disabled this by going to SYSTEM -> NOTIFICATIONS -> ADDITIONAL SETTINGS -> Unticking windows welcome experience after updates and the other two tick boxes.It fills my monitors with all black, then this splash screen appears with a loading circle for about 2 seconds.This is the screenshot I managed to capture:

    Motherboard Splash screen - Disappeared with Win 10 auto upgrade

    Tried your suggestion but it made no difference. MB Splash screen still didn't appear

    What do you want this splash screen to do and when do you want it to appear?

    Do you have any coding experience, and is this splash screen just a standalone or is it to appear before an application opens?
