Windows 10: Splash screen randomly occurring Windows 11

I am on Windows 11.On random occasions my monitors will go black for a second or two, then this splash screen pops up. The loading circle runs a loop or two quickly then it all disappears.This happens very sporadically with no obvious recurring time or pattern. Sometimes in the morning, sometimes at night etc.Sometimes I won't see it for 3 days, sometimes for 2 weeks.I managed to quickly capture a screenshot.This looks like a windows Out of the box experience OOBE, so I've tried the following fix with no success:Step 1: Press the Win + I keys together to open the Settings

Halo 5 forge crashes on splash screen

Hey guys, yesterday i downloaded the halo 5 forge for windows 10 but every time i launch the game it just crashes at the splash screen.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice now and uninstalled and reinstalled the halo app as well and reset the windows 10 which all have been suggested to do from google searches, but no matter what i have tried the game wont work.

Any help will be appreciated.

 

Windows Search on Taskbar goes full-screen randomly

I'm running Windows 10 Pro (x64) v. 2004 build 19041.572

This problem only occurred after the latest feature update... ergo updating to 2004 release.

The problem is still very random and eventually fixes itself (supposedly) but the steps to reproduce are not identifiable at this time. It seems all the more likely to happen during a fresh session (i.e post-reboot, cold boot). It always happens at least once per session until it stops.

The problem itself is that the actual search "box" (rectangle?) or container actually grows tall enough to reach the top of my screen and also blacks out the rest of my screen... so all I see is the search box and the suggestions. This only happens when you actually try to search for something so it's not randomly activating itself but the buggy appearance does occur randomly when making the search active... if that makes sense.

Anyone run into this kinda issue yet? See below for screenshot. Yes, that is my full screen 1980 x 1020

if I do not post back soon enough... it's probably due to cloudfare not agreeing with my VPN as of late, it's been refusing my traffic solely due to my IP....

 

No splash screen at daily startup

Almost, it is an NP350VC5 (Black), it came with Windows 8 and the latest Intel Graphics Driver dates from 2015.
Further edit: seems I was wrong.
After a reboot, I now get a completely black screen, no Samsung splash screen or anything.
The steps I took before donot help anymore.
Where do I go from here?
