Windows 10: Split second black screen on Windows 11

Hello, I got a serious issue with the screen. I've recently built my computer and installed windows 10. After days of using it, black screens flashes for a split second when I'm watching videos, playing game etc. what is causing this problem?

My Windows 11 is black screening randomly for a split second

Heads up: I use a NVIDIA GTX 750 and an Intel i3-10100F CPU. Any answers is appreciated.

2 days ago, my Windows 11 started black screening randomly for a split second. It just happened all out of a sudden! It still happens up to this day, and I am getting pretty annoyed by it, desperate to finding the solution.

I have tried checking viruses, cables, any physical damage on the graphics card, system files, updating my drivers including using the Display Driver Uninstaller tool, and none of that just does not work.

I also checked Task Manager to check my GPU temperature, and for a GTX 750, the temperature is at around 50c. I assume it can be my GPU overheating causing this problem?

This issue happens when I play a game, then it would crash/freeze after a few minutes. After that it starts giving me black screens. This however still happens while I still have JUST a browser open.

So what is going on here? I have my PC alive for around 3 years now, and if it is about to be on its end, then I suppose I should have expected that.

Any answers is appreciated.
