Windows 10: Sporadic blackscreen after Post

Hey,My pc has a sporadic without any system or logic blackscreen after the boot process. So the system goes through the POST and the bios logo is shown bit right before loading win11 it goes into a black screen and stays there forever.This happens about 50% of all startup attempts. The other 50% it works fine. In safemode it start 100% which leads me to believe its a driver problem.I have tried following steps:driver updatecpu/gpu/miscwin updatebios updatefile repair using cmdAny ideas why thats happening?Specs: CPU.

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

The issue might be caused due to some issues with Power Management, I suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View all” on the top left pane.
• Select Power from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
