Windows 10: Sporadically Losing Internet Connection

I'm a new Windows 10 user and my browser is Google Chrome. The problem I'm having is that I am sporadically losing my internet connection. A quick fix is to delete cookies and history and everything is OK. I never had this problem when I was using Windows 8. Anyway to fix this permanently? Thanks in advance.

Cortana keep saying Can't Connect at the moment although my wifi works fine

This problem sporadically appears; not really sure if the problem is in my internet connection or with Cortana because it works sometimes and suddenly when i ask some other question it says something like "The internet and I are not talking right now".

 

connectivity while playing MS sudolu or MS jigsaw

while playing MS Sudoku or MS jigsaw, my internet connection goes out sporadically, eventually comes back on spontaneously. Until it does, nothing I do makes it reconnect.
