Windows 10: Spotify issues - Is there a way to put a limit on a files possible size?

So, spotify. I have major issues with load time of spotify when I first start up my pc. It will take like 5 minutes sometimes to be able to simply search. I've found that if I delete the LocalCache file, it fixes this. But I have to do this at least once a week it seems, if not more. Sometimes the cache is in excess of 6 GB... like why spotify.. Why do you need that much cache? And if it causes performance issues, why dont you fix this somehow. It seems to be a pretty common issue, and this is the solution given on the spotify help forums - to delete the local cache.

Anyways. I figured, maybe I could limit the file size so that this doesn't happen in the first place? And all new cache will just overwrite the old cache? Idk if this is possible. Any thoughts?

5200 java size limit

I have Nokia 5200. I got 4mb size java file but it does not work because of silly Nokia limit of 1 mb for application. Is it possible to increase this limit in any way?

its still a extra step worse still its command line ... the whole point is to spend less time taking fking screenshots and more time posting ...
