Windows 10: spotify not connecting with focus mode windows 11

Why can't my focus session page connect to spotify on windows 11?I can't seem to be able to connect to Spotify from my focus sessions page. It just shows a blank pop-up and doesn't load further.I tried reinstalling and updating Spotify on my laptop, but nothing seems to work...Can you let me know how to fix this?

In Windows 11 power-saving mode, clicking the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen will cause a system crash.

Problem description: As the title suggests.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter Windows 11 power-saving mode.
   
2. Click the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen.
   

Expected result: The login screen should appear and after logging in, the browser should automatically open to view content.

Actual result: The system crashes.

Device information:

• Windows 11 version: 22H2 (22621.1413)
  
• Device: Lenovo Xiaoxin 14 Pro 2021
  
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
  

Other information:

• When plugged in, the system automatically turns off power-saving mode and cannot be turned on manually. The function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn off power-saving mode and the function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn on power-saving mode and the system crashes.

If you face any issue while using Spotify on Windows 10, you may try to install Spotify in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

To install Spotify in compatibility mode follow these steps:

a. Right-click on the setup file of the program and select “Properties”.

b. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

c. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and
select latest Windows version from the drop down list.

d Let Spotify install and then check the functionality.
