    Spotlight works - but the icon doesn't?


    I have a strange issue whereby when I hover over the "Learn about this picture" icon on my desktopthat appears when I set my desktop to Spotlight, I just see a tooltip that says "Open". I don't see info on the current picture, which is what does happen on the same PC when logged in as a different user. What's also odd is that the tooltip appears way above the icon! I have installed all Windows updates, rebooted multiple times, turned off Spotlight then rebooted and turned it back on, and followed all the steps I can find online to reset / re-register Spotlight, including all the steps of the b
