Windows 10: Spotty Internet

My issue is that my internet connection on my PC is very spotty and cuts out randomly, my internet isn’t the best on my pc averaging around 55 MBPS on a speed test yet when I download things I get around 5 MBS.

Bluetooth spotty reception

I'm having trouble with bad/spotty reception from my Bluetooth devices. I have to place the device on my laptop keyboard to get reception and then it is very spotty. I have attempted to use the fixes that I see online but nothing is helping. Can someone
help?
