Windows 10: SPPSVC issue in my new Windows 11 installation

Few days ago I was having problem installing the Office 2016 msi version because of a faulty msiexec issue possibly because the Windows 11 dualboot had MSE installed which thought that the Windows 11 msiexec was a virus and ended up quarantining itthen I formatted the Windows 11 SSD after data backup and reinstalled the OS from scratch only to find a SPPSVC issue and I tried everythingfrom restarting the service, to changing a registry value to updating my PC or even a DISM restorehealth commandNothing fixed. I don't want to reinstall another version of Windows 11Now I cannot find the SPPSVC

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
