    740 error loop

    It sounds like you haven't fully lost Admin rights or have a corrupted account.

    Did you try everything in the 740 fixes tutorial I linked earlier?

    Make sure you're running installer .exes as Administrator by right clicking to Run as Administrator.

    1. How can I create a new account and give the new account an Administrator type without being an Administrator?

    2 So far everything I've tried to run via the CMD, to fix said problem causes the 740 error which I can't correct, for obvious reasons and thus the strange loop. I'll check the ones you've suggested if I haven't already. I've been through a pile!
