  3. Unable to install SQL Server (setup.exe)

    I was trying to install SQL Server 2017 Express Edition on my Windows 10 Pro machine. I received this message: "Oops... Unable to install SQL Server (setup.exe).

    Under Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server I have three folders. 110, 120, and 140.
