Square boxes shows in place of many symbols ,I am irritated by this problem as I tried everything thing from changing font to all settings but nothing happened , Please help me out?I changed many fonts but nothing changed.

IE 11 shows squares in scrollbar, dropdown boxes and checkboxes

Try reinstalling Marlett.

Symbols replaced by squares

I have Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit.

Certain symbols on programs are being shown as squares.

Here is one example:





NOTE: The ".mp5" file is just a .png file whose extension I changed to show that window, but it happens with every other file type. It's meant have a check mark, not that square.

Another one is this:





Those are meant to be the controls on the Films & TV app.

Other arrows in other apps are also shown as squares.

I ran the Windows apps troubleshooter
(this one) but there were no problems detected that were related to it.

There are no other users in the laptop beside my account, but I also made a new user account and the symbols are still incorrect there.

 

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
