    Hi,i'm having this problem for months,i keep getting diacnosting your pc but fails and after that i get the srtTrial.txt blue screen..i think i reinstaled my windows like 100 times in the last few mounths but is keep coming back,there was days when i get this error,i reinstalled my windows and get it again after like 2 hours,i'v tried everything that i found on google,all cmd commands like bootrec /rebuildbcd ,chkdsk,fixmbr and many anothers commands but nothing works,this error is so frustating,i can't install any games because i don't know when the error will came back and i will lose all the games and need to redownload them again!

    I would appreciate if microsoft would work on a fix,or someon would give me a working way to fix it!

    Hi Jon,

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    We would like to know some information:

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
