Windows 10: SrtTrail.txt error on Dell Windows 10

i have been looking videos to search how to fix the error SrtTrail.txt and i have went to the command promopt and use the commands bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd and it work, then also bootrec.exe /fixmbr it also did work/complete the task but for the bootrec.exe /fix boot it said access denied, so then I used chkdsk /r C: and got a error code 766f6c756d652e63 470 what do I do to fix it.

No, that > bla.txt is the target file to write to. You could use a wildcard in the argument, ie c:\windows\*.txt which would list all dlls in c:\windows. But adding that to a simple right-click would be tricky.

Basically you would execute fancyfile.bat c:\windows\*.txt, fancyfile.bat would then write all .txt files to bla.txt.
