Windows 10: SrtTrail.txt error Windows 10 (Choose an Option)

So I have an HP laptop that whenever I try turning it on it boots into a Choose an Option blue page, no matter what options you click it always boot back to that. Tried everything from booting from an USB, Windows Automatic Recovery, last update recovery, partial erase etc. (please don't post those as solutions). Then I thought Windows 10 might be installed incorrectly with faulty partitions, took the laptop apart and removed the HDD. Erased it completely using Eraser, and using another PC installed Windows 10 flawlessly, everything worked. I put the HDD back on the HP laptop and when I boot it I end up on the Choose an Option blue page. So I try the CMD command fixboot, when I reach this step - https://imgur.com/TX3ZH2N It keeps saying it cannot find path C: Can someone help me?
