Windows 10: srttrail.txt what is it ?

ok my computer gone down wen i was checking for bad drivers i could no get to the windows i would get constantly auto repair and srt trail error

tried every step on the internet no sucess , because most of them the disk was readonly tried to remove read only , i got no sucess , tried to do factory reset it said no changes where made tried in the internet to fix that i could not that i tried everything but nothing what i did was factory reset one of my laptops then dismantle it to remove the harddrive and put in my desktop disconnected the SSD and put the HDD just to complete the instalation process and then plug SSD to recuperate my files and install windows 10 on it because i had no bootable pen drive at home ,and while i was installing the drives for my new HHD just to have acess to the graphic card and wifi what happened ?

the screen became off and on off and on with a mensage warning no signal that was infite loop

restarte the same unpluged the power cable pressed the power for 30 seconds connected back no sucess , i unpluged again so that i could have the automatic repair becasue of windows shutdown what happened during that automatic repair ? the same error SRTTRAIL in 2 difrent hard drives , with 2 diferent windows , i lost my key to the windows pro that was hella expensive , i had to download the windows tool to instal the windows there and same , where this error coming from ? right now in this new hdd accepted the option factory reset and gave no errror but i am afraid to update my drivers since this error apeard both times wen i was messing up with the drives what could it be ?

srt\srttrail\.txt problem .... but

Hello guys, I have encountered the srt\srttrail\.txt problem but with a slight variant ... I can't access the startup settings ...once I follow the usual path until the part where you press restart so that the menu will appear after rebooting, my computer
boots 'normally' and starts automatically the reparation, without giving me any choice !

I did not recently instal any hardware, but I have logitech wireless mouse, I heard the problem might be about drivers with wrong signatures ..

I need your help guys, and I'm not the only one having this problem ..
