Windows 10: srttrail.txt with bitlocker key and raw formatting

Hi! My colleague asked me to help her with an issue. She can't boot up her Lenovo laptop. She asked me in the past to help her find out her bitlocker key which we got from her Microsoft account. It did worked that time but this time is different. After entering the correct key, windows tries to repair itself but it fails at system32 srttrail.txt.What I tried:1. Chkdsk does not work because the disk is formatted in raw2. Bootrec.exe /scanos won't find any os because raw?3. I checked the hardware and everything seems fine4. I played around with bios but without successBasically the bitlock

srt\srttrail\.txt problem .... but

Hello guys, I have encountered the srt\srttrail\.txt problem but with a slight variant ... I can't access the startup settings ...once I follow the usual path until the part where you press restart so that the menu will appear after rebooting, my computer
boots 'normally' and starts automatically the reparation, without giving me any choice !

I did not recently instal any hardware, but I have logitech wireless mouse, I heard the problem might be about drivers with wrong signatures ..

I need your help guys, and I'm not the only one having this problem ..

 

Save RAW drive - Don't want data


Open Admin command prompt, then type:

1. diskpart
2. list disk ======> Take note of disk # of the RAW drive
3. select disk # ======> is the number in step 2
4. clean
5. exit

Open Disk Management and initialize it, Create Simple, format.
