Windows 10: SSCERuntime-ENU-x64.msi error when installing Neat Desktop

I get the following error when I try to install the Neat Desktop software after reinstalling Windows 10: Setup has detected that the file 'C:\Users\Desktop\AppData\Local\Temp\VSDE9DE.tmp\SQL Server Compact Edition\SSCERuntime-ENU-x64.msi' has changed since it was initially published.

I tried installing it without defender running, but I still get the error.

Windows XP x64 driver problems

Try these step in order today.

1. Download the zip run it look for the via driver and double click uninstall then it will scan for leftover files click okay and then finish
Geek Uninstaller - Download

2.reboot system

3.download the sound driver like yesterday

unpack all files 1st open the [hotfix] folder click asus setup within that folder if it installs without error go to step 4. (If it errors go into the Microsoft_Hotfix folder/Winxp2k3x64/Enu click Winxp_2k3-kb901105-x64-enu let it install)

4.reboot system

5. go to the [Driver] folder run setup and install

6.reboot system

7. Profit hopefully

 

Guitar Hero II and XP x64 error!

I have read this post Guitar Hero II and XP x64

I did it step by step, but when I try to install this happens:





So, you can see that the modification to the msi is right, that the cd is not in the drive, and the shitty error...

Please help me, and thank a lot...

The above error can occur if the locally cached Windows Installer package (*.msi) file is damaged or corrupted.

To rectify the above, I suggest that you try the steps mentioned below and check if you are able to install the software successfully.

• Open the \Windows\Installer folder on your computer's hard disk.
• Right-click any file with an .msi extension.
• Click Properties on the shortcut menu. The
  Subject box on the Summary tab contains the name of the product that installed the .msi file.
• Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each .msi file in the \Installer folder, and delete the .msi file for the software that you are trying to install.
