Windows 10: SSD cannot read - but somebody can, why ? what is the magic?

I have a SSD in laptop with error cannot read,I removed it and plug into SSD to USB, then plug into another windows 10, cannot detectOpen disk manager I can see this this SSD with red sign error and cannot readI tried some data recovery software to scan, cannot scan cannot found this SSD.Then I pick this SSD to a data recovery shop......The magic startHe plug my disk into his computerHis software can see my SSD with 700 errorsjust before me, it is real, he said maybe can recover, but need to pay a lot of moneyI want to know what magic hardware or software he use ? what is this magic softwa

• Not able to CREATE more than (4) partitions on Disk 2.
