Windows 10: SSD is 500gb but only local disk C is visible with just 116gb

How do I get the remaining 350gb in another drive? I only have local disk C with 116gb for some reason, why is the remaining space not available to me?

We need to do further investigation on your concern so that we can identify the cause of the issue:

• Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port?
• Have you checked if the SSD is visible in Device Manager? Follow these steps to verify if it is visible in Device Manager:
  
  • Right-click on Start and click-on Device Manager.
  • Click-on the Disk drive and check if it is there.
  • If it is visible, try to check if you can update its driver.

Change my local disk (old ssd) to new ssd

Hello this month i want to buy new 1tb Nvme m.2 and My laptop is Rog Strix G17. I already see the Motherboard and there's 2 slot SSD 2280. One already use is 500Gb. And one more is empty. And my Question is when i insert new ssd, can i change the local disk to my new nvme and how ? Thankss

• On the Start, type Device Manager.
• Locate and select Disk drives.
• Right-click on your disk drive, select Properties.
• Go to the Driver tab and choose Update Driver.
