  1. SSD possibly failing

    Hello,

I've been having an issue where my SSD has been disappearing when a game or something just suddenly freezes/won't respond and I'll end up having to do a hard reboot to get windows to restart and function.. when it takes a minute to load up and i login.. the SSD is gone.. so i go into the BIOS and reset the bios to default settings.. it comes back.. but when i try to download a game.. issue comes right back.

S.M.A.R.T results i will attach to the thread.. I'm going to post screenshots of the smart test of the main SSD ( OS SSD and no issues so far..) and my 500gb SSD that is giving me issues so if there any issues.. please help me by pointing it out. thanks.

    EDIT: replacement fixed the issue.

    :)

  2. Should I defrag my Raid 0 disks?

It is hard to tell if the drives will fail at about the same time. Maybe if they are quite old and bought together, but is also possible that one of them might fail much sooner than the rest.

BTW in consideration for performance. In this day and age, if possible to get your most critical files on a SSD, that is the way to go.

managed to boot on my hdd

cloned the hdd system with macrium to ssd (great job macrium !!! same job with aomei failed ...)

    booted on ssd ...

    AND IT'S A VICTORY !!!
