Windows 10: SSD Unknown, Not initiated & Unrecognized

I have had this SSD for about a year, 2 days ago i was downloading some games trough steam. Later in the day, way after the downloads have finished, i noticed my laptop reinitiated out of the blue, but didn`t pay much attention. Today i tried to run the games for the first time and surprise surprise i noticed that steam prompted to install them again, them i realized the SSD i had to store games was gone from My Computer folder. When i openned the disk management, a prompt appeared telling me to reinstall it but everything saved would be lost, since it really only had steam games which are pre

• Type diskpart and press Enter.
  
• Type list disk and press Enter. You'll see a list of the disks connected to your computer.
  
• Type select disk X (replace X with the number of your SSD) and press Enter.
  
• Type clean and press Enter.
  
• Type convert gpt or convert mbr (choose the one you didn't try in Disk Management) and press Enter.
  
• Exit Diskpart and try initializing the SSD in Disk Management again.
  

3. Data Recovery Software: If you can't initialize the SSD but you need to recover data from it, you might need to use data recovery software. These tools can sometimes read the disk even if Windows can't.

Read Unknown, Not Initialized SSD

Hello I Want To Ask,

Is There A Way To Read An Unknown, Not Initialized SSD?

I Have Tried On The Disk Management To Initialized The SSD To Any MBR & GPT, But It Didn't Work, It Will Say "Fatal Error Hardware".

I Have Tried To With The CHKDSK Command, But It Didn't Work Eather.

I Even Search On The Internet On This Problem, But None Of It Work. Even With 3th Party Apps.

My SSD Is MSata From My Laptop, Recently My Laptop Is Unable To Boot Up To Windows, I Have Tried With The PE USB And Go To The Disk Management But It Didn't Show Up.

So I Tried To But A New SSD To Replace It. But Some Of My Data Is Still In This SSD MSata, So I Buy A Converter From A MSata To Sata. So I Could Connect It To My Enclousuer.

But It Makes Me Thinking, Why My SSD Like That?

I Mean Last Time I Check With The Crystal Disk Info It Says My SSD Health Is 85% With Status Very Good.

Or All I Know About SSD Is You Can Still Read It But Cannot Write It.

Is There Any Solution.

 

SSD not initialized and unable to initialize

There could be several reasons due to which ‘Disk Unknown Not Initialized’ error message may occur, which are mentioned as following:
Corrupt/ Incompatible/Outdated Driver, MBR Corruption, Missing or lost partition, Bad Sectors in hard drive, Corrupt File System etc. To solve this problem we apply some fundamental manual steps like: update the device driver,
Rebuild the MBR boot, initialized disk, assign a drive letter, Run CHKDSK command and Run diskpart utility.

To initialized the disk go to Disk management > and locate the drive that not initialized > the drive will show unallocated. > select unallocated disk > Right click on it > click initialized disk > select
between GPT > Click OK.

Once the process is done, you will redirected to main windows and check you can access it or not.
