Windows 10: Ssudbus.sys driver seems to not be loading/working when I attempt to connect my Samsung...

Hi allAs the title suggests, I am attempting to connect and operate my Samsung android via my computer through the use of a screen mirror share software by Tenorshare. I have enabled debugging etc, through my phone and using my current screen mirror software, there is no issues, however when I attempt to use the new Tenorshare software, it doesn't work. I get flagged with a warning that there is a driver incompatibility associated with "ssudbus.sys".Its a Windows 11 OS I use.Appreciate any inputTom

To help you out with your concern, here are some information that we need to know:

• Can you tell us what model of computer you are using while connecting to your Samsung Note 4?

However, we suggest you to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter through these steps:

• Press Win + X then select Control Panel.
• Click Troubleshooting.
• Click Hardware and Sound then select Hardware and Devices.
• To run the troubleshooter, follow the steps from the wizard.

You may also try updating the driver by following the steps on this
link.

SSD samsung evo and amd drivers

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

The issue could be because of the AMD drivers installed on the computer.

Since the Samsung SSD is working fine with the Microsoft AHCI driver, I suggest you to update the AMD driver and check if that helps. To update the AMD drivers follow the steps from the article

Update drivers in Windows 10.

If updating the drivers didn’t help, I suggest you to roll back the driver to previous build and check if that helps. To roll back the driver to previous build follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Press and hold the Windows + X key on the keyboard.
   
2. Select Device manager.
   
3. In Device manager, expand IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers.
   
4. Right click on AMD SATA Controller and select
   Properties.
   
5. Navigate to the Driver tab and click on Roll Back Driver.
   
6. Restart the computer.
